🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will issue your refund via bank transfer or store credit.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
Received the wrong item or something damaged? We sincerely apologize.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.
